Tony Wrather B.V.M&S, M.R.C.V.S
spent his childhood in Chester before attending Edinburgh
University and qualifying as a Vet in 1997. After gaining
experience in Veterinary Practice in Essex and Cheshire,
he joined Barnhouse in 2001. Tony has a keen interest
in orthopaedics and all aspects of companion animal surgery.
Tony now takes on most of the responsibility for Barnhouse
and would welcome your comments and suggestions. Tony
has a very lively black Labrador called Lilly. |

Stephen Flynn B.V.M.S, M.R.C.V.S
qualified as a Vet from Glasgow University in 1992. Before
joining the Barnhouse team in January 2007 Steve worked
in several small animal Practices in the UK. He has an
interest in all aspects on General Practice. When not
rejoicing over the return of King Kenny, Steve likes nothing
better than being pulled up a hill by his two dogs Sebbie
and Ziggy. |

Emily Fletcher B.V.M&S, M.R.C.V.S
qualified as a Vet from Edinburgh University in 2003.
Before joining the team in November 2009 as our weekend
vet, she worked in small animal practices locally. Emily
has a keen interest in exotic animals and holds a Certificate
in Zoological Medicine. |

June Mollart Evans joined the Barnhouse
Team in 2007 as our Practice Manager and has over 23 years
of business and management experience. June has always
loved animals and has a young, fun loving Yorkshire Terrier
called Alfie. |

Kate Warren R.V.N is our Head Nurse
and joined the Practice in 2003 shortly after she qualified
as a Veterinary Nurse. Kate enjoys surgical nursing and
has a particular interest in Nurse Clinics where she can
pass on her experience and training to owners on all aspects
of animals care. Kate has a very friendly black cat called
Elvis. |

Katie Campbell R.V.N. joined the
Practice in May 2004 and qualified as a Registered Veterinary
Nurse in June 2010. She enjoys surgical nursing, grooming
and nurse clinics. Katie has a very lively Staffy called
Roxy. |

Katy Perry joined the team in 2008
as our morning receptionist. Katy has always had a passion
for animals and has a beautiful Birman cat called Mitsy. |

Liam Walker joined the Barnhouse
team in November 2010 as an Animal Care Assistant after
recently graduating with an Animal Behavior Degree. From
a very young age, Liam has always been passionate about
animals and has looked after pets all his life including
dogs, birds, rats, ferrets and a snake! |
